Job Description
CALLMAX SOLUTIONS INC. is seeking a dedicated Payroll Specialist to join our team. The responsibilities include inputting new hire information into the payroll software, processing onboarding, handling timekeeping, terminating employees in the system, and maintaining employee records.
Qualifications for this position include proficiency in MS Office tools, strong English communication skills, and a background in Accounting or Finance. Knowledge of Viventium and U.S. Payroll is a plus.
This is a full-time position with various shifts available, including 8-hour, evening, and night shifts.
