Job Description
We are seeking a detail-oriented Payroll Specialist to ensure accurate, timely payroll processing for all employees. Responsibilities include calculating wages, deductions, and taxes; maintaining payroll records; preparing reports and reconciliations; ensuring compliance with labor and tax regulations; coordinating with HR and Finance; and resolving employee payroll inquiries.
- Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting/Finance or equivalent
- 2+ years payroll experience; proficiency with payroll systems and Excel
- Strong attention to detail, confidentiality, and problem-solving skills; familiarity with tax filings and statutory contributions preferred
