Job Description
Fresenius Medical Care is seeking a Payroll Specialist to support payroll audits, review and validate timekeeping records, and respond to employee inquiries regarding deductions and compensation changes. The ideal candidate will prepare and maintain payroll records ensuring accuracy in automated systems.
Principal Duties and Responsibilities:
- Utilize advanced knowledge from education and experience.
- Make independent decisions in work methods.
- Build professional networks across departments.
- Modify existing processes for efficiency.
- Tackle assignments of moderate complexity.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree.
- 2-4 years of Australian Payroll experience.
- Familiar with Enterprise Bargaining Agreements.
- Knowledgeable in Superannuation.
- Expert in Australian Payroll processes.
