Job Description
As a Payroll Specialist, the primary responsibility will be to meticulously manage end-to-end payroll processes, ensuring accuracy and adherence to established timelines for all employees. This includes maintaining compliance with local regulations and company policies, managing precise records of employee payroll data encompassing leaves, overtime, and deductions. You’ll be the go-to person for addressing employee inquiries regarding payroll matters, providing prompt and professional assistance. Additionally, you’ll be responsible for generating comprehensive payroll reports to facilitate informed decision-making for internal and external stakeholders.
