Job Description
1. Prepares payroll for all casual and regular employees.
2. Computes and encodes basic gross pay of the regular and casual employees for SS, MCR, Philhealth, and HMDF deductions.
3. Reports and remits SS, HMDF, Philhealth, and BIR payments.
4. Handles the company’s Petty Cash fund.
5. Prepares account payable vouchers.
6. Budgets and releases checks to Suppliers.
7. Acts as custodian of office and plant supplies.
8. Maintains office equipment and machines.
9. Prepares and submits monthly reports:
a. Payroll
b. Updated monthly payables
10. Attends to needs of company visitors.
11. Acts as the company’s secretary.
Performs other duties and responsibilities that may be assigned by the superior from time to time.
