Job Description
We seek a highly motivated and detail-oriented Payroll Specialist to join our team. Responsibilities include payroll oversight, transaction management, and reconciliation to ensure accurate financial records. Key tasks also involve collaborating in payroll record maintenance, verifying timesheets, and providing support in various financial processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate in maintaining and updating payroll records
- Verify employee timesheets for precise payroll calculations
- Assist with accounts payable, accounts receivable transactions
- Provide support to the bookkeeper in financial report preparation
- Contribute to accounting projects and administrative duties
Requirements:
- Associate’s degree in accounting, finance, or related field
- Prior experience in bookkeeping or accounting preferred
- Strong attention to detail, time management, and organizational skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively
