Job Description
Join our dynamic People team at Shopee in Manila, Philippines, as a Payroll Specialist. This pivotal role involves the precise processing of semi-monthly payroll, timekeeping, and managing mandatory employee benefits. You will collaborate with our payroll vendor, maintain accurate employee records, and assist in onboarding new hires.
We are looking for candidates who hold a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related discipline, along with 3-5 years of pertinent experience. The ideal candidates will demonstrate a strong grasp of payroll processes, possess excellent organizational skills, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
