General Responsibilities:
- Identify and assess customers’ needs, provide solutions using scripts
- Maintain professionalism and empathy with customers
Qualifications:
- Onsite interview

- At least 18 years old with Highschool Graduate
- BPO experience is a plus
- Strong active listening skills and empathy
