Job Description
Contract Duration: 6 Months (extension will depend on the business needs or performance)
Location: BGC, Taguig (full onsite)
Shift/Schedule: Mon-Fri / Mid-shift
Job Responsibilities:
- In-charge of end to end payroll processing.
- Consolidate Timekeeping Reports
- Prepares 2316 and Final Pay computation for the resigned employees.
- Prepares payroll reports
- With in-depth knowledge in the computation of tax, overtime, night differential, etc.
- Ensure that the company complies with all appropriate laws, including labor laws, and on-time payment of SS, Pag-IBIG, and PhilHealth benefits
- Addresses employee concerns regarding payroll discrepancies and other related inquiries
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology, Behavioral Science, Human Resource Management, or any related course
- With at least 2 years’ experience in Payroll
- Excellent communication skills, both spoken and written
- Proficient in software skills such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.
- Amenable to work full-time onsite in BGC, Taguig
Job Type: Fixed term
Contract length: 6 months
Salary: Php25,00.00 – Php35,00.00 per month
Schedule:
- 8-hour shift
- Afternoon shift
- Monday to Friday
Supplemental pay types:
- 13th-month salary
