Job Description

Company: Australian Outsource Desk Inc.

Location: Work From Office – Angeles City

General Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • 1-2 years of experience in accounts payable or similar role.
  • Strong understanding of Australian accounting principles and tax regulations.
  • Experience with accounting software like XERO.
  • Familiarity with Australian GST, BAS, and regulatory requirements.
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Strong communication skills with clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Process and verify invoices accurately and timely.
  • Reconcile accounts payable transactions.
  • Manage AP inbox for vendor queries.
  • Prepare electronic transfers and payments.
  • Maintain accurate records related to accounts payable.
  • Collaborate with finance team for month-end closing.
  • Manage relationships with vendors for payment issues.
  • Ensure compliance with Australian tax regulations.
  • Assist with audits and documentation.

Job Type: Full-time
