Job Description
Stores Specialists, Inc. is seeking a detail-oriented Payroll Supervisor to join our team. In this essential role, you will be responsible for ensuring precise payroll processing and collaborating with banks and government agencies to address employee-related issues.
Key Responsibilities:
- Process salaries for both regular and probationary employees
- Review timecards and track overtime, absences, and leave
- Update employee credit and loan information at each payroll cycle
- Prepare and submit summary reports to SS and BIR, including quarterly reports
- Provide assistance to employees regarding credit cards, loans, and benefits
- Conduct payroll orientation sessions for new hires
Job Type: Full-time
Schedule: Monday to Friday
Work Location: In person

- Physically and Mentally Healthy
- Minimum Age of 18 Years
- No Criminal Record
- Experience in the Related Field (Preferred)
- Good Communication Skills
- Minimum Education of High School Diploma
