Job Description
We are currently seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Payroll Support Specialist to join our team. As a Payroll Support Specialist, you will be responsible for assisting with payroll functions, handling employee inquiries, and ensuring accurate and timely processing of payroll activities.
Your main responsibilities will include processing payroll data, maintaining employee records, calculating wages, taxes, and deductions, and assisting with payroll reconciliations. You will also be responsible for generating reports, resolving payroll-related issues, and ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and policies.
The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of payroll processes, be proficient in using payroll software and Microsoft Excel, and have excellent communication skills. Additionally, attention to detail, problem-solving abilities, and the ability to work under pressure are essential for success in this role.
