Job Description
We are currently seeking a PB Medical Claims Specialist to join our team. As a PB Medical Claims Specialist, your role will involve processing and managing medical claims efficiently and accurately.
Responsibilities include:
- Reviewing and verifying medical claims documentation for accuracy and completeness.
- Processing claims and determining the appropriate coverage and reimbursement based on established guidelines.
- Investigating and resolving any claim discrepancies or issues.
- Communicating with healthcare providers and insurance companies to gather necessary information or request additional documentation.
- Updating and maintaining claim records and databases.
Qualifications:
- A minimum of two years of experience in medical claims processing.
- Strong knowledge of medical terminologies, coding, and billing procedures.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficient in using medical claims software and databases.
