Job Description

We are currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced attorney to join our legal team in the position of PCC Attorney IV. In this role, you will be responsible for representing our organization in complex legal matters, providing expert advice to senior management, and ensuring compliance with applicable laws and regulations.

Key responsibilities:

  • Handle complex legal cases requiring extensive legal research and analysis.
  • Develop and implement legal strategies to protect the organization’s interests.
  • Provide advice and guidance to senior management on legal matters.
  • Draft, review, and negotiate legal documents and agreements.
  • Represent the organization in court proceedings and arbitrations.
  • Ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
  • Manage relationships with external legal counsel and other stakeholders.

The ideal candidate for this position should possess a Juris Doctor (JD) degree and have at least 8 years of experience as an attorney, with a focus on litigation and legal advisory roles. Strong knowledge of labor laws, contract law, and regulatory compliance is essential.
