Job Description

The PCC Human Resource Management Officer I is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the human resources department at PCC Company. The primary responsibilities include:

  • Developing, implementing, and evaluating human resource policies, procedures, and programs in accordance with company objectives and government regulations.
  • Facilitating the recruitment and selection process, including sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, and making hiring decisions.
  • Managing employee relations, including conducting investigations, addressing grievances, and ensuring compliance with labor laws.
  • Administering employee benefit programs, such as health insurance and retirement plans, and providing guidance to employees regarding their benefits.
  • Coordinating employee training and development programs to enhance employee skills and performance.
  • Maintaining accurate employee records, including personnel files, timekeeping records, and payroll information.
