Job Description
As a People and Culture Manager, you will play a crucial role in fostering a positive working environment and helping our company attract, develop, and retain top talent. Your main responsibility will be to oversee all aspects of HR, including recruitment, payroll, performance management, training and development, and employee relations.
You will be responsible for creating and implementing HR policies and procedures that align with our company’s goals and values. You will also collaborate with department managers to understand their specific needs and provide effective HR solutions. Additionally, you will spearhead initiatives to promote employee engagement, foster a diverse and inclusive workplace, and ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.
To excel in this role, you should have a strong background in human resources and a deep understanding of best practices in talent acquisition, performance management, and employee development. You must also possess excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
