Job Description
A People Business Partner is an essential role within our organization. As a part of the HR team, the People Business Partner will be responsible for managing and implementing various HR initiatives to support the development and success of our employees.
The main responsibilities of the People Business Partner include:
- Collaborating with department managers to understand their talent needs and providing guidance on recruitment and talent acquisition strategies.
- Managing employee relations by addressing employee concerns, conducting investigations, and resolving conflicts in a fair and unbiased manner.
- Developing and implementing HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with employment laws and company standards.
- Providing coaching and support to managers on performance management, talent development, and leadership development initiatives.
- Contributing to the design and delivery of employee engagement programs to enhance employee satisfaction and retention.
