We are seeking a forward thinking and driven People Business Partner .

This is a role where you will be the trusted advisor to the business and own the full spectrum of HR services including;

• Responsible for HR service delivery to your Business Units and initiate solutions for continuous improvement
• Act as a change agent, challenge the status quo and offer creative ‘out of the box’ solutions
• Providing advice and support to your stakeholders on various HR matters
• Drive the people processes (performance, development, and career) to ensure that employees’ level of performance and capabilities meet current and future standards
• Effectively facilitate and implement engagement and development initiatives to continually improve employee engagement and retention through relationships and feedback mechanisms of people services and processes
• Coaching and developing leaders to drive performance improvement plans/progressive discipline procedures
• Employee relations – ensure that employee relations matter and change programs are delivered in line with company’s values and mitigates financial and reputational risk
• Assist with facilitating the implementation of annual HR processes including performance reviews, business planning and remuneration reviews
• Partner with business on organisational design, workforce planning, leadership planning, and talent assessment and development

We are looking for the following qualifications, skills, and attributes:

• Bachelor’s degree or higher, in Psychology, HR Management, Business or related field
• At least 8 years proven business partnering experience in professional services firms
• Broad and sound knowledge of all aspects of Human Resources
• Sound knowledge of employment law and handling complex employee relations matters
• Strategic process improvement skills including experience managing change
• Strong systematic thinking and the ability to identify solutions and associated impacts across the organization
• Ability to work with considerable independence, initiative and discretion
• Strong interpersonal and relationship skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to effectively address sensitive HR issues with integrity and confidence
