Job Description
We are currently seeking a skilled and passionate People & Culture Analyst to join our team. As a People & Culture Analyst, your main responsibility will be to analyze employee data and provide valuable insights to support our HR department in making informed decisions for the organization’s overall growth and development.
Key responsibilities:
- Analyze employee performance data to identify trends and patterns
- Develop and implement strategies for talent acquisition and retention
- Assess employee engagement and satisfaction levels through surveys and feedback
- Support the development of HR policies and procedures
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive employee development initiatives
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- Proven experience in HR analytics or a similar role
- Proficient in data analysis tools and techniques
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively both independently and in a team
