Job Description
We are currently seeking a People & Culture (Human Resources) Officer – ComBen & Discipline to join our dynamic and growing team. As the People & Culture Officer, you will play a pivotal role in managing and enhancing our company’s compensation and benefits programs, as well as overseeing employee discipline.
In this position, your responsibilities will include developing and implementing comprehensive ComBen programs that align with our company’s strategic objectives. This includes designing and managing competitive salary structures, employee benefit packages, and performance-based incentive programs.
Furthermore, you will be responsible for ensuring compliance with employment laws and regulations, as well as maintaining accurate employee records. You will also play a crucial role in managing employee dispute resolution and disciplinary procedures, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
