Job Description
A People & Culture Officer – Generalist is a key role within our organization, responsible for supporting the overall HR functions and activities. As a Generalist, you will have a diverse range of responsibilities including recruitment, employee engagement, training and development, performance management, and HR administration.
You will play a crucial role in attracting, selecting, and onboarding top talent to our team. This includes drafting job descriptions, posting vacancies, and coordinating interviews. Additionally, you will assist in creating and implementing strategies to enhance employee engagement and satisfaction.
As a People & Culture Officer – Generalist, you will also be involved in conducting training sessions and workshops to improve employee skills and performance. You will help facilitate regular performance evaluations, provide constructive feedback, and support employee development plans.
Furthermore, this role will require you to handle various HR administrative tasks such as maintaining employee records, managing HR documentation, and ensuring compliance with HR policies and regulations.
