Job Description
Support Human Resource Administrative Tasks
- Keeping and preparing Records including but not limited to maintaining the Aid & Relief Masterlist for Member Names & Roles, Emergency Numbers
- Employee Discipline Cases
- Processing internal arrangements such as Coordinating with Finance on renewals and payments to service providers according to a set schedule
- Filing of PRFs
- Support C&B specialist in preparing necessary HR reports and updating
- StraightArrow masterlists and trackers.
- Preparation and sending of Reports
Performance/ Regularization Monitoring
- Sending 3rd and 5th Month performance evaluation reminder to Leaders
- Sending regularization letters
- Facilitating annual performance management
Pre-Employment & Onboarding
- Creation of Bank Accounts
- Validation of Government Docs
- Confirmation of Details
- Discuss pre-employment requirements for new hires
- Sending employee agreements for signing
- Collate, monitor completion and endorse completed new hire 201 files for Compensation & Benefits Records
- Facilitate new hire onboarding based on assigned modules
People Experience
- Support People experience on employee engagement activities and events
