Job Description
The People Onboarding Coordinator is responsible for ensuring a seamless onboarding process for new employees. This position involves coordinating and executing all aspects of the onboarding program, from paperwork and documentation to training and orientation.
The main responsibilities of the People Onboarding Coordinator include:
- Preparing and organizing employee onboarding materials, including contracts, forms, and orientation manuals.
- Scheduling and conducting onboarding sessions, including orientation meetings, departmental introductions, and training sessions.
- Coordinating with various departments and stakeholders to ensure a smooth onboarding process.
- Assisting new employees with any questions or concerns they may have during the onboarding period.
- Tracking and maintaining onboarding metrics and providing reports on the effectiveness of the onboarding program.
