Job Description
Infinity Strategic Management Solutions, Inc., in partnership with Zagu/Spencer Foods Corp., is seeking a People Operations Associate Manager.
Role Description: This is a full-time on-site position based in Pasig. The successful candidate will oversee daily HR operations, manage employee relations, implement performance management programs, and enforce HR policies.
Qualifications:
- Relevant certifications or a degree in Human Resources or related field
- Experience in Performance Management
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Familiarity with HR software
Salary: Php35,00.00 – Php45,00.00 per month
Schedule: Monday to Friday
Benefits: Additional leave, opportunities for promotion, 13th month salary, and overtime pay.
