Job Description
A People Partner plays a critical role in supporting and building a positive work culture within an organization. As a People Partner, you will collaborate closely with the HR team, managers, and employees to create and implement effective people strategies.
In this role, your responsibilities will include:
- Acting as a trusted advisor and providing guidance to managers and employees on various HR matters.
- Managing employee relations, including handling conflicts and conducting investigations when necessary.
- Developing and implementing HR initiatives, policies, and programs to foster a supportive work environment.
- Supporting performance management processes and facilitating talent development within the organization.
- Participating in recruitment and onboarding processes to ensure a smooth and positive experience for new hires.
- Conducting data analysis and reporting to identify trends and make data-driven recommendations.
