Job Description
We are seeking a talented People & Performance Administrator to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and coordinating various HR tasks related to recruitment, onboarding, training, and performance evaluations. Key responsibilities include maintaining employee records, organizing training programs, implementing HR policies, and providing administrative support to the HR team. The ideal candidate should have a strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to multitask effectively. Prior experience in HR administration is preferred.
