Job Description
Job Summary:
Join Loan Factory Inc. as a Mortgage Recruiter, where you will identify, attract, and hire US Mortgage Loan Officers to support our growth in the competitive mortgage industry.
Key Responsibilities:
– Develop recruitment strategies
– Source candidates through various channels
– Screen resumes and conduct interviews
Qualifications:
– Bachelor’s degree preferred
– Experience in mortgage recruiting
– Strong communication and organizational skills
– Must have computer/laptop and reliable internet
– 100% remote job (WFH)
Compensation:
– $200 per onboard inexperienced Loan Officers
– $500 per onboard experienced Loan Officers
– Pay period: every 2 weeks
