Job Description
We are currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced individual for the position of Performance Excellence Lead. As a Performance Excellence Lead, you will play a critical role in driving operational excellence and continuous improvement initiatives within our organization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategies to improve operational performance and efficiency.
- Lead cross-functional teams to identify and mitigate process bottlenecks.
- Design and execute performance measurement systems to track key performance indicators.
- Analyze data to identify areas for improvement and develop action plans.
- Provide training and support to teams in implementing improvement strategies.
Requirements:
- At least 5 years of experience in process improvement or operational excellence roles.
- Strong analytical skills and ability to work with data.
- Excellent problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities.
- Proven track record of successfully leading improvement projects.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
