Job Description
We are currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced Performance Management Expert in the field of Accounting & Finance. In this role, you will be responsible for analyzing financial data, assessing performance indicators, and implementing strategies to drive performance improvement within our organization.
Key responsibilities will include:
- Evaluating and analyzing financial data to identify performance trends and areas for improvement.
- Developing performance metrics and KPIs to measure and monitor the financial performance of departments and individuals.
- Collaborating with department heads and managers to set performance targets and objectives.
- Identifying process inefficiencies and implementing strategies to enhance operational performance.
- Providing financial insight and recommendations to senior management to support decision-making processes.
