Job Description
SMA Support Services is seeking a dedicated Team Leader for a permanent remote position. The ideal candidate should be able to start as soon as possible and possess a minimum of 5 years of experience in the BPO industry, with at least 3 years in a Team Lead role as a significant advantage.
Strong English communication skills are essential, along with a background in customer service. Experience in appointment setting will be considered a plus. Candidates must be willing to work the graveyard shift and should have a home office setup that meets our requirements, including a stable internet connection.
The position offers a monthly salary of Php 44,659.05 along with benefits such as work-from-home flexibility and paid training.
