Job Description
TalentPop is in need of a Customer Service/E-Commerce Training Specialist to support the development and delivery of technical, procedural, and/or soft-skills training materials for its employees. This is a full-time, remote position with long-term growth opportunities in an established organization. Call center training experience is preferred but not required.

What You’ll Do:
- Train newly hired agents.
- Conduct 1:1 and/or group training for newly hired agents.
- Conduct Zoom training sessions on Customer Service best practices.
- Assist with SOPs and developing training curriculum.
What We Seek:
- 1-2 years of training experience.
- Understanding of E-commerce and helpdesk platforms.
- Strong communication skills.
$5/hr + performance bonuses
