Qualifications:
- Graduate of any four-year course.
- Considerable experience in the real estate industry.
- 1-2 years of related working experience.
- Strong background in negotiation, government transactions (Barangay & Local Government Units), and external/legal affairs.
- Excellent communication skills and a team player.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask.
- Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office applications.
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: Php19,00.00 – Php22,00.00 per month
