Job Description
- Draft, prepare documents, and collate plans required for permits/licenses.
- Secure pending documents, verify compliance, and handle payment for permits.
- Assist in inspections, attend meetings, liaise with agencies, and submit reports.
- Maintain knowledge of regulations, attend related seminars, and perform other duties.
Job Requirements:
- Business/Administration/Political Science background.
- Skills: legal management, research, communication, MS Office.
- 1 year experience in the field, preferably in Property/Real Estate.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Php20,00.00 – Php25,00.00 per month
