Job Description
We are seeking a Personal Assistant to support our executive at CatSearch Inc. This role involves managing daily administrative tasks and assisting with operations.
Responsibilities:
- Manage schedules, appointments, and meetings.
- Handle emails, phone calls, and correspondence.
- Organize files and documents.
- Assist in planning and executing business projects.
- Conduct research and prepare reports.
- Track project timelines and deliverables.
- Liaise with internal and external contacts.
- Draft and proofread documents.
- Coordinate events and meetings.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Management or related field.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent communication abilities.
