Job Description
Job Description: We are seeking an experienced Personal Assistant to join our team at our Angeles City office, working Monday to Saturday from 9 AM to 6 PM.
Experience:
- Minimum 2 to 3 years of experience as a Personal Assistant
- Proficient in Monday.com Project Management and CRM
- Familiar with Xero or similar accounting software
- Knowledge of Mac OS, Mail, Pages, and Numbers
Qualifications:
- Fluency in English
- Degree in business, administration, marketing, or related field
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
Responsibilities:
- Manage email, WhatsApp, and Messenger communication
- Conduct research and inquiries
- Provide daily task updates and work planning
- Schedule and coordinate posts, calls, and meetings
- Handle client interactions and phone calls
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Php16,500.00 – Php22,500.00 per month
Benefits: Paid training
Schedule: 8-hour shift
Additional Pay Types: Overtime pay
Location: Angeles City, Pampanga
