Job Description
A Personal Cruise Consultant is responsible for assisting clients in planning and booking their cruise vacations. They serve as a point of contact for potential customers and provide them with detailed information about cruise itineraries, onboard amenities, and pricing options.
In this role, the consultant needs to have excellent communication and interpersonal skills to establish a rapport with clients and understand their preferences and requirements. They must be knowledgeable about different cruise lines, ships, and destinations to offer tailored recommendations to clients. The consultant will handle inquiries, provide quotes, process bookings, and arrange additional services such as shore excursions and spa packages.
To be successful as a Personal Cruise Consultant, candidates should have a passion for travel and possess strong sales abilities. They should stay updated on the latest cruise industry trends and be able to effectively promote and sell cruise packages to potential customers.
