Job Description
DERCA Group (Anytime Fitness) urgently seeks full-time permanent Personal Trainers for branches in Quezon City, Pasig, Mandaluyong, Pasay, San Juan, Cavite, and Pampanga.
Responsibilities include:
- Conduct fitness consultations and screenings; design individualized programs.
- Instruct safe use of cardio and strength equipment; monitor client form.
- Lead at least two group classes weekly; assist membership sales and meet monthly PT revenue targets.
- Maintain facility cleanliness and participate in OSH activities.
Qualifications: fresh graduates in Physical Therapy, Sports Science, or related fields encouraged; 2 years’ experience preferred. Compensation: Php18,200/month with benefits including gym membership, health insurance, staff discounts, and promotion opportunities.
