Job Description
We are seeking a reliable Pest Control Technician to inspect residential and commercial properties, identify pest issues, and deliver effective treatments. The role requires adherence to safety protocols and contribution to operational improvements.
- Conduct inspections; identify pests and determine treatment plans.
- Apply sprays, baits, and traps; maintain PPE and equipment.
- Complete service reports, advise clients, and assist in SOP development.
- Full-time, in-person position with flexible hours and travel between sites.
Requirements: minimum two years’ pest control experience, physical fitness, strong communication skills, willingness to travel; driver’s license preferred. Compensation: Php18,00–20,00 + OT, uniform/PPE provided, transport allowance, free parking, and a clear career path to Senior Technician/Team Leader.
