Essential Job Functions:
- Provide foundational technical support in infrastructure services.
- Assist with infrastructure projects and assignments.
- Participate in monitoring and troubleshooting systems.
- Collaborate with team members on operational tasks.
- Support the creation and maintenance of documentation.
- Develop technical skills through on-the-job experience.
- Eager to learn and gain expertise in infrastructure services.
Basic Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
- 1+ years of relevant work experience.
- Experience in technology analysis and data analysis.
