Job Description
Your Key Responsibilities:
- Assess and interpret customer needs, requirements, and medical records.
- Provide accurate information and resolve inquiries.
- Inform patients of the result of validation of claims.
Needed Qualifications:
- Good communication skills.
- College graduate in nursing with a Public Health Registered Nurse (PHRN) license.
- 1 to 2 years of clinical or bedside experience.
