This crucial role ensures the efficient allocation of staff to meet production demands effectively.
Qualifications:
- A minimum of 1 year of experience in the call center industry
- Demonstrated expertise in Workforce Management, with at least 6 months focused on scheduling
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
- Familiarity with Workforce Management Solutions, preferably IEX
- Ability to adapt to changing business needs
