Job Description
WHAT YOU WILL DO:
- Taking inventory of all medication and pharmaceutical supplies.
- Processing sales transactions for medications and other pharmaceutical supplies.
- Directing all questions relating to prescriptions, health matters, or medications to the pharmacist.
- Answering all incoming telephone calls in a professional manner.
- Restocking shelves with medications and other pharmaceutical supplies.
- Accurately typing and printing out prescription labels.
- Assist the licensed pharmacist in dispensing prescription orders according to all laws and regulations, and to good professional practice.
- Attending to emails and fax messages.
- Ensuring that work areas are organized and clean.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- HS Graduates and College undergraduates are welcome to apply.
- 6 months of retail/drugstore experience (Preferably).
- Familiarity with Point-of-Sales System.
- Customer-oriented with excellent communication skills.
- Strong work ethic, professional and responsive.
Job Type: Full-time
Schedule: 8 hour shift
Supplemental pay types: 13th month salary
