Job Description
Are you passionate about healthcare and enjoy helping others? We are currently seeking a dedicated individual to join our team as a Pharmacy Assistant. As a Pharmacy Assistant, you will play a vital role in providing excellent customer service and supporting our pharmacists in dispensing medications and maintaining inventory.
In this role, you will be responsible for assisting customers with prescription and over-the-counter medication inquiries, ensuring accurate record-keeping of medication dispensing, and organizing shelves to maintain a clean and orderly pharmacy. Strong attention to detail, good organizational skills, and effective communication abilities are essential for success in this position.
To qualify for this role, previous experience in a pharmacy or healthcare setting is preferred but not required. Training will be provided to the successful candidate. A high school diploma or equivalent is necessary, and familiarity with pharmacy software systems is an advantage.
