Job Description
Administration (80%)
- Attends to customer queries and receives orders
- Checks customer prescription and endorses to Pharmacist for validation
- Ensures accurate dispensing of medicines
- Monitors correct payment and change for customers
- Responsible for restocking medicines in assigned areas
- Maintains cleanliness and order in designated areas
- Identifies and removes bad stock items
- Reports suspicious behavior to prevent theft
Communication and Coordination (20%)
- Addresses customer inquiries and minor complaints
- Elevates major issues to Store Head/ Management Trainee
- Assists in other tasks as assigned
Qualifications:
- College graduate preferred
- Pharmacy graduate advantageous but not mandatory
- High school graduates welcome
- Good interpersonal and customer service skills
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Php462.00 per day
