Job Description
We are seeking a dependable Pharmacy Assistant to operate the cash/register and provide professional customer service. Duties include screening inquiries and referring medication questions to the Pharmacist; supporting inventory and merchandising (receiving stock, returns, counts, displays, storage and expiration checks); assisting the Pharmacist with dispensing tasks (counting, labeling); and performing clerical duties to maintain patient files and compliance records.
- Education: college graduate or at least two years of college (Pharmacy Services NC II preferred)
- Experience: minimum one year relevant experience
- Attributes: detail-oriented, trustworthy, strong communicator; available for weekends, holidays, and shifts
