Job Description
Prepares purchase requisition.
Monitors availability of pharmaceutical drugs.
Ensures that all near expiry and expired pharmaceutical items are returned to corresponding suppliers.
Prepares Monthly reports.
Monitors and Collects antibiotic request forms.
Receive deliveries for the pharmacy with the Warehouse receiving clerk.
Prepares issuances of pharmaceutical products to requesting department.
Ensure that all near expiry pharmaceutical products are returned to its corresponding suppliers and with proper with proper documentation for credit memo.
