Job Description
Access Healthcare is looking for committed Pharmacy Graduates to be part of our Blended (Voice and Back Office) Healthcare Customer Service Representative (CSR) team. In this role, you will primarily connect with patients, facilitating communication regarding their information and requests to provider offices and pharmacies via phone. Additionally, you will work with members to identify and address barriers that may prevent them from picking up their medications.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy
- Ability to work permanent night shifts
- Exceptional command of English communication
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: Php23,00.00 – Php30,00.00 per month
