Job Description
Tasks:
- Conduct outbound calls to providers to obtain authorization of specific medical procedures or prescription drugs and to check on patient eligibility, benefits, and coverage.
- Document call notes and take appropriate action on the revenue cycle system.
Qualifications:
- Graduate of BS Pharmacy.
- Can Start ASAP.
- Can work on a permanent night shift.
- Excellent English communication skills.
