Job Description
As a Phone and Email Support specialist, you will be responsible for providing assistance to customers through both phone and email channels. Your main tasks will include resolving customer inquiries, providing product information, and assisting with technical issues.
Excellent communication skills and a customer-centric approach are a must for this role. You should be able to handle high call volumes efficiently while maintaining a professional and helpful demeanor at all times.
Experience in customer service and problem-solving abilities are highly valued. Training will be provided to familiarize you with our products and services.
