Job Description
As a PHRN (Work From Home), you will be responsible for providing high-quality remote patient healthcare services. You will collaborate with other healthcare professionals to assess patient needs, develop care plans, and provide guidance and support to patients and their families.
Key responsibilities:
- Conduct virtual patient assessments and provide remote nursing care
- Develop individualized care plans based on patient needs
- Monitor patient progress and make necessary adjustments to care plans
- Offer guidance and support to patients and their families, addressing any concerns or questions they may have
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care
Required qualifications:
- Valid nursing license (PHRN)
- Minimum of [X] years of experience in a similar role
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and effectively manage time
